Children’s Museum in Easton drop-in fun! July 10-14

The Children’s Museum in Easton has a week of fun drop-in activities and workshops in store for you!
Dress for a mess on Monday, July 10. Get ready to make a variety of Crazy Concoctions like gak, slime, and ooblek from 10am to noon. Have Sew Much Fun in our Makerspace from 1pm to 3pm as you learn to use a sewing machine and make a fun craft to take home.
On Tuesday, July 11, have Fun with Legos from 10am-noon and build your own creation based off a cool theme.
Join the visiting Balloon Fairy during Art Day on Wednesday, July 12 from 10am to 3pm. From 10am to noon, explore concepts in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math while creating a balloon sculpture inspired by Dale Chihuly’s famous glass sculptures. It’s a hands-on experience utilizing the magic and artistry of balloons!
Go hunting for Bigfoot and his animal friends! Learn about prints and the wilderness on Thursday, July 13 from10am to 3pm. At 11am, learn about New England wildlife and even meet some of its inhabitants during a special animal program presented by New England Reptile and Raptor.  At 1pm, make your very own Bigfoot expedition kit (while supplies last).
Our schedule for Friday, July 14, is packed with great activities! From 10am to 11am, learn an introduction to ballet in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere during Ballet for Beginners. Can’t stop dancing? Head over to our Dance Party from12pm to 1pm and boogie the afternoon away. Meanwhile, make Wearable Art in our Makerspace from 10am to 12pm. There’s an entire day of great activities waiting to be had!
