The Marlborough Historical Society Presents: Marlborough- a City by the Decades- part three

 

On Tuesday, March 28 at 7:00 p.m., the Marlborough Historical Society will present “Marlborough- a City through the Decades part three.”

 

The first presentation, in September pertained to the city, 1890-1900. The second pertained to the city, 1900-1909. This presentation will be about Marlborough and the community 1910-1919,

 

Please join us as Robert Kane, Vice President of the Marlborough Historical Society presents the third portion of this theme     Marlborough was founded in 1660 but became a city in 1890. You will learn about the foundations that were laid by our founding fathers to help our city become a leader in industrial growth and a leading community in Massachusetts

 

The presentation will take place at the Peter Rice Homestead, 377 Elm Street. Admission is free and refreshments will be served.
